Traitforward - Build and run your questionnaire within minutes!

We have developed our own platform, based on the items and scales available on The International Personality Item Pool (IPIP). IPIP is an open source project with 3320 items and 463 scales. Traitforward enables any user to run an IPIP-based custom test within minutes.

Animated Situational Judgement Tests

Dublin City University’s CARPE research group used our platform to deliver an animated Situational Judgment Test. The test was assessing teacher’s judgment in classroom situations where dialogues were either written or pronounced.

Our Humble Beginnings

We started in 2008 with the aim to build robust solutions to support psychometric tests and solutions. Our experience and knowledge on psychometrics, statistical analyses and computer science helped us build our first platform.
